Donny Chamberland recently retired from the military, and his wife, Victoria, recently did the same from a civilian position. They decided to leave Madison, Wisconsin and retire to San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. Each year throngs of people come to relax at the many resorts the Dominican Republic has to offer. Donny Chamberland was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. His family moved to the US when he was 13. Donny moved frequently, as he was an Air Force Brat. He attended Kubasaki High School, Okinawa, Japan, received his Bachelors in Omaha Nebraska and his Masters at Liberty University, Virginia. He was with the US Air Force for 22 years and retired this year.
Donny’s interests include creating content for Youtube, learning a third language (Japanese), traveling, taking care of their new puppy, assisting church and helping the local community, and sharing the Word of God.
Victoria Chamberland was born and raised in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. She also attended
school there. She worked at the Lighthouse Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin until her recent retirement. Her interests include arts and crafts, baking, cooking, gardening, travel, and she’s an active member of the local church and loves to help and support the local community.
